This Valentine’s Day recipe is perfect for all ages and can be whipped up in just a few minutes! For dipping, use strawberries, apples, pound cake, or pretzels.
Ingredients:
12 oz. white chocolate chips
½ cup whipping cream
¼ cup light corn syrup
2 tablespoons butter
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation:
Mix first five ingredients in a double boiler over simmering water, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Scoop into a fondue pot to keep warm. Serve with your favorite dippers like fruit, cookies, pretzels, etc.
