Sundays on Second – Artist Encounter Series is a free opportunity to create a piece of art with a professional artist at Island Art Association Education Center, located at 18 N. 2nd Street in Fernandina Beach.
The September 17 session will be “Painting a Mixed Media Landscape” with Donna Marie Gagliardi. Open to the community but registration is required. The session begins at 2 p.m.
