Join other artists from the region on Saturday, October 14 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for a day of art making in the charming city of Fernandina Beach on beautiful Amelia Island, Florida. Bring your paints, pastels, pencils, charcoal or whatever your medium of choice to capture the lovely natural beauty and historic homes. Sign in at the Island Art Association’s Education Center beginning at 9 a.m., pick up your water bottle, a snack and map of the area, then head out for the day. At 3 p.m., any artists who wish to participate may bring their completed pieces back to the center to display their art for a “wet paint sale” that will continue until 7 p.m. during our Second Saturday Artwalk.
