Ingredients:
24 oz. bag of brussels sprouts
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons miso paste
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Handful of chopped toasted pecans
Preparation:
Cook brussels sprouts in hot oil until blackened and tender within. Mix miso, maple syrup, and Dijon, and pour over brussels sprouts; toss to coat. Sprinkle with toasted pecans. Makes 3-4 large servings.
