Grilled Portobello “Burgers”

With unique flavors and textures, mushrooms are a delicious addition, or even replacement, to many of your favorite meals.

4 very large portobello caps, stems trimmed
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. steak seasoning
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Burger rolls and toppings of your choice

Combine balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, steak seasoning, and olive oil in a Ziploc bag. Add portobellos and marinate for about 4 hours. When you’re ready to cook, heat your grill to medium-high and grill mushrooms until they become tender, 3 minutes on each side. Grill your favorite rolls, then assemble the burgers and serve with avocado, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and any of your favorite burger toppings.
