The Shrimp Festival is almost here so get your shrimp on with this delicious Garlic Miso Shrimp recipe! It’s ready in minutes and makes a great appetizer or main dish.
Garlic Miso Shrimp
- 1 lb peeled and deveined large or jumbo shrimp, tail on
- ½ stick butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbs miso paste
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 Tbs soy sauce
- Large handful cilantro, chopped
- Lime wedges
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add garlic and sauté for about 2-minutes. Add miso, honey, and soy sauce and stir well. When mixture is hot, add shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally until the shrimp are pink. Remove. Add cilantro and serve in bowl with lime wedges.
