Winemaker’s Dinner Celebrates Veuve Clicquot

Sparkling wines love the company of delicious food and AAA Five Diamond Salt restaurant, located at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, is proud to bring you the celebrated Champagnes of Veuve Clicquot at its 2020 Winemaker’s Dinner on April 15 at 7 p.m. Known for their distinctive yellow labels, guests will experience a variety of beloved Veuve Clicquot selections paired with four outstanding courses created by Chef Rick Laughlin.
The world-renowned House of Veuve Clicquot is guided by the motto, “One Quality. The Finest.” and is evident in the elegance, passion and creativity embodied in wines like La Grande Dame 2008, which is just one of the many highlights of the dinner. Guided by the Champagne’s deep French heritage, Chef Rick’s menu is sure to make for a sparkling evening. United States Brand Ambassador for Moet Hennessy Estates & Wines and noted wine expert Jason Guerra will converse throughout the intimate four-course dinner, individually introducing the champagnes and detailing their unique tasting notes and why they have been paired so perfectly with Chef’s dishes.
