On Saturday, November 9 at 6 p.m. Fort Clinch State Park presents “The History of the American Soldier.” This is a theatrical performance which represents the wars and soldiers who have fought to defend the nation from the revolutionary to the current day.
Cost for admission is one can of non-perishable food which will be donated to the Barnabas food pantry. This event is one of Fort Clinch’s most popular - the script and production is created by the Fort Clinch staff, reenactors, and volunteers, and it’s the Fort’s way of honoring veterans and soldiers from all of America’s conflicts.
Fort Clinch State Park is located at 2601 Atlantic Avenue, Fernandina Beach. For more information call (904) 277-7274.
