Gluten-Free Brownie Cookies

Ingredients 1 lb. 12 oz. powdered sugar 8 oz. egg whites 6 oz. cocoa powder ½ oz. salt 1 oz. vanilla extract 1 lb. chopped pecans or walnuts

Preparation Mix everything except pecans on low until well incorporated. Turn mixer on high for 2 minutes. Gently fold in nuts. Portion into 1 oz. balls. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes.
