Avocado Mousse

Ingredients 2 ripe avocados ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder 2 tablespoons plant milk 1 teaspoon vanilla Pinch salt Sweetener of your choice like honey or agave

Preparation Place avocado flesh in a food processor with other ingredients except sweetener and process until smooth, adding more milk if needed. Add sweetener a bit at a time and mix until you like the taste. Scoop mousse into tiny dessert cups and chill until serving. Top with whipped cream or berries if desired.
