Beginner Yoga Course at Community Yoga + Wellness

Beginning September 3 from 7 to 8:15 p.m., Community Yoga + Wellness is offering a 12-week introduction to the practive of yoga. The focus will be on the standing poses, beginner forward bends, seated poses, and beginner inverted poses. Classes will begin with simple poses and work up to more complex poses as the classes progress. All bodies and abilities can be accomodated as long as participants can get up and down from the floor.
