Ingredients: ½ pound linguini 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon butter ½ pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined 3 cloves garlic, minced ¾ cup seafood broth 6 ounces cream cheese ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese Fresh parsley
Preparation: Cook linguini according to directions. In a sauté pan, heat butter and oil and add garlic and shrimp. Cook until shrimp are barely done. Remove shrimp with slotted spoon. Add broth and cream cheese to pan and simmer until thick and bubbly. Add shrimp and linguini to pan and stir until hot and shrimp are done. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
