A Father’s Day Dinner the whole family will love

Let’s face it, Dad is a meat and potatoes kind of guy, and nobody knows how to grill better than Dad. So how can you create a Father’s Day feast that he will appreciate, and the whole family will love? Sheet Pan Steak and Potatoes is easy, fast, and a welcome dinner for the whole family. Add a salad and good bottle of red wine, and your Father’s Day dinner is complete!

Sheet Pan Steak and Potatoes

Ingredients: 1 pound baby potatoes 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided 3 garlic cloves, minced Chopped rosemary Salt and pepper 1 pound flank steak 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Preparation: Boil potatoes until tender. Heat broiler. Transfer potatoes to a large brimmed baking sheet and toss with 2 tablespoons olive oil, garlic, and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper. Rub steak with remaining oil and balsamic vinegar and season generously with salt and pepper.Nestle in the middle of the potatoes in the pan. Broil until steak is medium, 4 minutes per side. Let rest, then slice and serve.
