Senior Trips to the Alhambra

Feb 27, 2017 02:00AM
The City of Fernandina Beach Parks and Recreation Department offers theatre and dining trips to the Alhambra Theatre in Jacksonville each month. Opened in 1967, the Alhambra Theatre is the nation’s longest continuously running professional dinner theater. With a complete renovation in 2009, and still going, it’s the Alhambra like you’ve never seen, heard or tasted before!

Upcoming shows include Show Boat on March 7, Dream Girls on April 18, Steel Magnolias on May 30, and Dixie Swim Club on August 22. All plays, including transportation and dinner are $65 per person per play. The bus departs from the Atlantic Recreation Center at 5 p.m. and returns at 11:30 p.m. For more information or to make a reservation call (904) 310-3350.
