Lott’s Furniture has been furnishing South Georgia and North Florida homes since 1947, when it was founded by Jack H. Lott as an appliance store in Waycross, Georgia. The business quickly grew into a home furnishings store, and today it is owned and managed by Jack E. Lott, who joined his father in the business in 1974 and became president and CEO in 1978. In 2007, Lott’s welcomed its third generation when Jack E.’s daughter, Laura Lott Harris, entered the family business to open and manage Lott’s Amelia Island store. “Our customers have a wide variety of tastes,” says Laura. “From coastal to transitional to eclectic, we carry something for everyone at Lott’s. Our home furnishings are beautifully displayed in room settings, and we offer a complete interior design service to help you create your dream space. In addition to our furniture, bedding, and accessories, we also offer floor, wall, and window coverings.” Laura has recently returned from market, where she was wowed by the latest design trends, and she is eager to share them with her customers. “Grey tones are very popular right now,” she says. “And we’re seeing a lot of items made from reclaimed materials, as well as sustainable products.” “We pride ourselves on great customer service and our fabulous merchandise selection, including really unique, one-of-a-kind items that you won’t find anywhere else!” says Laura. Lott’s is located at 1112 South 14th Street. For more information, call (904) 261-6333 or visit www.lottsfurniture.com or their Facebook page.
