Overnight Oatmeal a Warm-Weather Favorite

Ingredients: ¼ cup quick cooking oatmeal 2 teaspoons chia seeds 2/3 cup of a combination of coconut and soy milk ¼ teaspoon cinnamon ¼ teaspoon turmeric
Preparation: Place all ingredients in a ½ pint canning jar or small plastic container, put on the lid and shake briefly to combine. Place in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Serve cold topped with fruit.
