HISTORIC ARCHITECTURAL DETAILS EXHIBIT OPENING

The Amelia Island Museum of History is proud to present a brand new Gaslight Gallery Exhibition, showcasing the work of the Island Art Association Photography Group. Historic Details is a visual exploration of the architectural details and unique features that make Fernandina’s Historic District a special, historic place. The exhibition will showcase talented members of the IAA Photography Group, who have done a marvelous job capturing the quirky and wonderful elements of Amelia Island’s historic structures.

The exhibition will open on Friday, May 27th, at 6 p.m., at the Amelia Island Museum of History, located at 233 South 3rd Street.The event will begin with a special presentation ceremony for the Amelia Island-Fernandina Restoration Foundation’s Fourth Annual Historic Preservation Awards, after which participants can enjoy refreshments while unveiling the IAA Photography Group’s new photographic display.
