About Nassau County Volunteer Center

NCVC recruits and guides about 3,000 volunteers a year. These volunteers donate over 14,000 hours to community non-profits, and their hours of service translate into a monetary value of well over $300,000. Benefits to the volunteers themselves are invaluable: changing lives, making a difference, connecting with the community and making new friends. Volunteering is a perfect way for newcomers to get to know their new community, and to become known. If you're interested in volunteering, call their office at (904) 261-2771.
