Cucumber Lemon Water a Healthy Summer Drink

Fill a large glass jar of pitcher with filtered water or spring water, and then add 1 sliced cucumber and 2 sliced lemons. Add a large pinch of sea salt, stir thoroughly, and put into the refrigerator. Cucumber Lemon Water is best if you let it sit for about 24 hours but be sure to drink within 2 or 3 days. Drink before and after your hot weather activities.
