When Dr. Kevin Lin injured himself in a high school basketball game, he recuperated with the help of chiropractic medicine. As young as he was, he was already considering a career in chiropractics, but when he started college, he decided to major in history. By his junior year, he knew that he wanted more than a career in history, so he studied for a pre-med degree. Dr. Lin then received his doctor of chiropractic degree from Life University in Atlanta, in addition to five years of training in Neural Restoration Chiropractic.

Dr. Lin first began working in St. Marys, Georgia, but moved to Amelia Island with his family and opened his new office in 2012. Amelia Island is a good fit for Dr. Lin and his family. His wife, Rebekah, works at the Montessori School, and his young daughters like to spend their spare time building sandcastles and searching for sharks’ teeth. Dr. Lin spends his days working on the spines and overall health of his patients.

“My focus is on the spine, its alignment, and the nervous system,” says Dr. Lin. “We look at the long view in a patient’s recovery. Besides neurostructural correction, I ask, what is going on with your spine? Why does it keep going out? I find that lynch pin, and that’s what gets my patients on the road to recovery.” For more information or to make an appointment, call (904) 310-0064 or visit the office at 1699 South 14th Street or the website at
