Amelia Island Restaurant Week is January 17-26

Participating restaurants are 29 South, Bar Zin Bistro & Wine Bar, Baxter’s, Brett’s Waterway Café, Café Karibo, Crab Trap, Espana Restaurant and Tapas, Gourmet Gourmet, Horizons, Jack & Diane’s, La Mancha, Le Clos, Lulu’s at the Thompson House, Marina Restaurant, Merge, PLAE, Sandy Bottoms, Sliders, Salty Pelican, and the Verandah.
On January 16, the Ritz-Carlton Café 4750 is offering a kick-off event for Restaurant Week with a special “Meet the Farmers” event. The event begins at 6 p.m. and pairs 29 South, Lulu’s, Salty Pelican and Espana with the Fernandina farmers market and local seafood providers. The cost is $96 per person and includes hors d’oeuvres, and an appetizer buffet of local shellfish, cheeses, fruits, breads, salads, and meats.
