FORK Dinner on Centre Street

Apr 12, 2013 02:00AM
On April 28th, five chefs from some of Fernandina Beach’s favorite restaurants will come out of their kitchens and create their culinary masterpieces at a special outdoor arena next to Amelia Island Coffee on Centre Street. Fernandina Open Restaurant Kitchen, or FORK, will provide a gourmet five course dinner, with wine pairings, plus dessert, as a fundraiser for the Barnabas Center.

The dinner will be held from 6 – 9 p.m., and include a signature cocktail with a little time to mingle before sitting down to a spectacular feast and show by the chefs. Five chefs will create five courses, and guests will get a little insight into what really goes on behind the scenes at your favorite local eateries. The restaurants represented are Lulu’s, Ciao, Espana, Merge, and 29 South.

Tickets are $125 per person, and limited to 56. For more information, call (904) 432-8394.
